Welcome to Timedshot (timedshot.ca). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and screenshot archiving services.

## 1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using Timedshot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy practices. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

## 2. Description of Service

Timedshot is a SaaS platform that captures and stores timestamped screenshots of web pages for monitoring, recordkeeping, and compliance workflows. Features may include scheduled captures, downloadable files, and account-level usage controls. We may modify or improve the service over time.

## 3. Account Registration

To access paid or restricted features, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:

- Keeping your login credentials secure
- All activity under your account
- Promptly notifying us of unauthorized access

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

## 4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing according to your selected plan. Unless otherwise stated:

- Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
- Taxes may be added where required
- Plan changes may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle
- We may suspend paid features for failed or overdue payments

All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

## 5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Timedshot. Prohibited use includes:

- Violating applicable laws or regulations
- Attempting unauthorized access to systems or data
- Uploading or transmitting malicious code
- Interfering with service availability or performance
- Using the service to infringe privacy, intellectual property, or contractual rights

We may investigate misuse and take action, including suspension or termination.

## 6. Intellectual Property

Timedshot and its underlying technology, branding, and content are owned by Timedshot or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business purposes.

You retain rights to content you submit or generate through your use of the service, to the extent permitted by law and third-party rights.

## 7. Data and Privacy

You are responsible for ensuring you have lawful rights to capture and store the pages and content you submit. We process service data to operate, secure, and improve Timedshot. By using the service, you acknowledge that data may be processed in accordance with our privacy and security practices.

## 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timedshot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid by you to Timedshot in the 12 months preceding the claim.

## 9. Termination

You may stop using Timedshot at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the platform, or where required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

## 10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we will post the revised version and update the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

## 11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
